Dear Customer, All our products are specifically made to your order so that we can give you best customization possible. Our policies also reflect this sentiment.

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing order. Your full payments will be refund to your accounts within 3-5 working days. 

If any shipment is damaged during shipping from us to your address, we will look into it case by case basis.

For all returns, the product must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact. To claim refund or replacement the customer must record and send the video of opening the package.

Note – No return or exchange policy in Any other situation.
